Information for Presenters
Oral Presentations
Oral presentations will be held in one of the four conference rooms (Theatre, Lamartine I, Lamartine II and Lamartine III).
Plenary lectures: 40 min presentation (Theatre)
Invited lectures: 30 min presentation including 5 min of discussion (25 + 5 min)
Selected oral communications: 15 min presentation including 3 min discussion (12 + 3 min)
The projection will be via PowerPoint and the operating system is Windows.
Speakers should check for the compatibility of their presentations with Powerpoint 2002 for Windows.
Speakers are invited to upload and check their presentation in a pre-view dedicated room at least half-day in advance by providing an electronic copy on a either a CD or a flash disk.
It would be helpful, if possible, to receive an electronic copy of the presentation at least one week in advance. It should be sent not later than August 26 at the following address: jcadet@cea.fr (please indicate the name of the speaker).
Posters
Posters will be displayed and discussed in the Raphael exhibition area.
The size of the poster boards is 1.20 m wide x 2 m high.
The posters can be mounted starting Sunday September 4 and must be removed not later than Thursday September 8.
Each poster has been assigned a number (which can be found in the Programme book) and has to be mounted on the poster board with the same number.
Self adhesive tape or string will be available for fixing the poster on the board.
Two poster sessions will be held: on Monday, September 5 and on Wednesday, September 7, both from 2 to 3:30 pm.
Please, find on the Programme book (as well as on the Programme page on the web: http://www.esp-photobiology.it/2005congress/program.html) the allocation of the posters to the two different sessions.
Presenting authors must be present for the entire duration of the session.
