Congress location and exhibition area

Location:

The city of Bath is one of the most popular tourist cities in the UK. It is a UNESCO world heritage site and includes some of the most interesting architectural structures in Europe, notably the famous Roman Baths.
The ancient thermal springs are a major attraction and the brand new Thermae Bath Spa has recently been opened to the public and is the only place in Britain you can enjoy natural thermal waters as the Celts and Romans did over 2000 years ago.
Bath also has dozens of museums and the streets themselves are a living museum of Georgian architecture including the famous crescents and the assembly rooms where the conference dinner will be held.
The meeting itself will be held in the friendly atmosphere of the University of Bath at the top of the hill. This is a self-contained single campus site with many facilities.

Exhibition area:

The exhibition area is very extensive and will occupy substantial space in the Founders Sports Hall at the University and this will be the central hub and meeting place for the conference.
All coffee breaks will be there and all the posters will be displayed there. We plan to have tables and chairs in the hall to further encourage the venue as a meeting place and discussion area.

The fee for holding an exhibition stand will be £GB300 per day but the price is negotiable if larger than standard exhibition space is required.

Exhibitions should be set up on Saturday afternoon, 1st September and be removed by the end of the afternoon on Wednesday 5th September.

The list of plenary lectures and symposia which will be held at the congress is at the page http://www.esp-photobiology.it/2007congress/symposia.html
